Male Edge makes penis extenders, also called traction devices or stretchers, designed in Denmark. Each kit uses the same lightweight frame, with side arms that lengthen click by click.

Why choose Male Edge Male Edge comes from DanaMedic, the Danish company behind the Jes-Extender. The frame is light plastic, with arms that click longer as you adjust. Every kit includes a ruler and a printed program booklet. Soft parts and arms are sold separately, so a worn strap never retires the whole kit. A slow, six-week start-up schedule is part of the official instructions.

About Male Edge
Male Edge belongs to DanaMedic ApS, a company based in Kgs. Lyngby, just north of Copenhagen. DanaMedic says it has made traction devices since 1995, starting with the heavier Jes-Extender. Male Edge was designed as a lighter, simpler follow-up, with a plastic frame instead of metal.
The trademark record dates the brand to at least October 2010, when DanaMedic filed MALE EDGE as an international registration. The US registration followed in November 2011 and is still live. The company keeps both brands, with Jes-Extender filed separately in 2011 and registered in 2012.
Male Edge range
The range is small: one extender in three kits, plus the parts that keep it running. Each group below covers what is in it.
Extender kits
Every Male Edge kit is built around the same extender: a base ring, a head support, and two adjustable side arms between them. The kits differ in accessories and colour. Basic comes in a blue and white case with 2 rubber straps. Extra is green and black, with 3 straps and a protection pad. Pro is black and red, with 5 straps, 2 protection pads and cohesive gauze. All three include a ruler, travel bag and printed program booklet.
Comfort accessories
Male Edge sells the soft parts separately, since they wear out first. Rubber straps in black or white hold the head in place and adjust in length. Protection pads are foam rings that sit behind the head for grip and comfort. Cohesive gauze wraps underneath for extra cushioning. No-Slip-Protech adds friction and padding, and the Sensitive Glans Kit bundles several of these for anyone who finds the strap uncomfortable.
Replacement parts
Because the frame is modular, broken parts can be swapped rather than replacing the whole kit. Male Edge lists left and right transparent traction arms, plus full arms for the Extra and Pro models. Front pieces come in the white, green and black of each kit. The TuneUp Kit for Extra and Pro bundles 2 pads, 2 straps and 2 rolls of gauze. Keep the kit name handy when ordering parts.
Travel bags
Each kit has a matching travel bag, also sold on its own. The Basic bag is black with a white drawstring, the Extra bag has a green string, and the Pro bag has a red one. They hold the frame, straps and pads together in a suitcase or gym bag. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, which matters if you share a bathroom or travel for work.
How a traction extender is worn
A penis extender sits along the flaccid penis. A ring rests at the base, a strap holds the head in a support at the far end, and two side arms join them. Lengthening the arms adds a gentle, steady pull.
Male Edge describes a click-adjustment system with a tension range of up to 2,800 grams, set by the length of the arms (manufacturer-stated). The ruler in each kit measures length and angle, so you can record your setting.
The official program starts slowly. The first six weeks build up tension and wear time in small steps. After that, Male Edge suggests wearing it for about five to six hours a day, broken into sessions. It is meant to sit under loose clothing, so many people wear it at home in the evening.
Male Edge also gives buyers access to a private online diary. You log your hours, your tension setting and the occasional measurement, which makes it easy to see whether you are sticking to the schedule. The printed booklet covers the same steps for anyone who prefers paper.
Basic, Extra or Pro
All three kits use the same extender, so the choice comes down to accessories. Basic has 2 straps and nothing else soft. It suits someone who wants to try the method before spending more.
Extra adds a third strap and a protection pad. Male Edge calls it its most-sold kit, because the pad makes longer sessions more comfortable. Pro adds 5 straps, 2 pads and cohesive gauze, so it covers the most spare parts out of the box.
If the head of the penis is sensitive, Pro or Extra is the better start. Pads and gauze cushion the strap, and spares mean you can rotate them while one dries.

Extenders, pumps and other options
An extender works by slow, steady pull over many hours. It is different from penis pumps, which use short sessions of suction instead. The two are separate methods, so never wear an extender and use a pump at the same time.
Male Edge sits within our penis length training devices, alongside other traction designs. For the wider picture, our comparison of penis enlargement methods sets out the main approaches side by side, with their trade-offs. For a first-hand account of a daily routine, read one reader's extender diary.
Care and warranty
Wash the frame, straps and pads in warm soapy water after use, and let them dry fully. Store everything in the travel bag. Replace rubber straps as soon as they lose stretch or start to split.
Male Edge's site offers a warranty on parts and assembly, against faults that appear in normal use. Its pages quote both one and two years, so keep your receipt and check the paperwork in the box. Opened kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Who Male Edge suits, and who should look elsewhere
Male Edge suits patient adults who are comfortable following a long, structured routine. It also suits anyone who wants spare parts available, rather than a one-piece design.
Look elsewhere if you want something quick, or something you use during sex. An extender is worn for hours, flaccid, and needs consistent daily time. Anyone after men's penis enhancement products for the bedroom itself, such as sleeves or cock rings, will find better options in that range.
Please read — safety first. You must be 18 or over to use a Male Edge extender. Follow the slow start-up schedule in the program booklet, with low tension and short sessions at first. Check the head of the penis often. Remove the extender at once if it turns pale, dark or cold, or if you feel numbness or pain. Never sleep while wearing it. Replace worn straps and pads, because a frayed strap can slip or pinch. If you have a penile condition, a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication, speak with a doctor before use. This information is general in nature and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition or ongoing discomfort, stop use and speak with a qualified health professional. |
