Standard postage within Australia is $12.95 AUD. Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free shipping. All orders are sent via Australia Post and usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Easter.
Yes, Adultsmart.com.au ships to most international destinations. Orders are sent via Australia Post, and tracking is included. Shipping to the United States starts from $22.99 AUD for orders up to 399g and $37.99 AUD for orders between 400g and 2kg. Worldwide shipping starts from $12.95 AUD.
All parcels include tracking, both domestic and international. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment online. Tracking shows when your parcel leaves our warehouse, enters the postal system, and reaches your destination. In some cases, local carriers may not update every movement.
If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, you may request a refund or replacement. You must notify customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order via our contact form or by emailing info@adultsmart.com.au. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued as per our returns policy.

Clean your toy before and after each use with a body-safe toy cleaner or mild soap and warm water. Non-motorised silicone, glass, and stainless steel toys can be boiled or placed on the top rack of a dishwasher. Always check the specific care instructions on the product listing.
It depends on the toy material. Water-based lubricants are safe with all toy types. Silicone-based lubricants should not be used with silicone toys as they can degrade the surface.
