About Aneros

Aneros began with a request. A health professional asked inventor Jiro Takashima for a device that people with prostates could use at home. Classic, Syn, Syn V and Trident: what the names mean

Most Aneros shapes come in several versions, and the suffix tells you which. Classic models are rigid, medical-grade plastic, the original firm feel. Syn models wrap a rigid core in soft, velvet-touch silicone. Syn V adds vibration and a wireless remote. Trident models use Multi-Axial Motion Architecture, a reworked tab design that lets the massager move in more directions. Helix: the all-rounder

Helix is the most popular starting point. Its angled head sits against the prostate while an external arm presses on the perineum. Helix Classic is about 10 cm insertable in medical-grade plastic. How hands-free prostate massage works

An Aneros massager does not vibrate on its own unless it is a Syn V or Vice model. Instead, it moves when you do. The head rests on the prostate, about 5 to 7 cm inside the rectum, toward the front of the body. The external tab sits on the perineum, the skin between the scrotum and the anus. When you gently squeeze and relax your pelvic floor, the massager rocks between those two points.

Classic models are rigid, non-porous medical-grade ABS plastic. They are easy to clean and give the firmest, most direct contact. Syn models wrap that rigid core in velvet-touch silicone, which feels softer and warmer. Syn V and Vice models add sealed motors and rechargeable batteries.
