While it is not strictly speaking a rechargeable sex toy, it comes with two rechargeable batteries and a battery charger. When I got this sex toy out of the packet I had a moment of confusion.
At first, I didn’t realise it used rechargeable batteries and I couldn’t see any batteries in the box with it. After far more head scratching than I would like to admit to, I found a drawer compartment that you open from the bottom of the box.
In there you will find the batteries, a soft fabric storage bag for your vibe, and the battery charger in three parts that you will need to put together. That part isn’t too tricky and there is a manual included for the charger as well as one for the sex toy itself.
Both manuals have instructions in 8 languages including English. This instruction manual is very handy for international customers. And those for whom English is a second, third, fourth or fifth language! Languages that are included are English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Chinese and Russian.
Inserting the batteries is easy.
Just unscrew the cap from the base of the vibrator, and insert the batteries one after the other, positive side in first. Replace the cap and you’re ready to go.
Next, you will want to turn the One Touch Vibe on.
One Touch Vibe controls are quite simple and easy to use.
- Simply press the smaller button which is the power button, once.
- Its shaft will begin swirling.
- You can increase or decrease the rate of rotation by using the dial below the power button which makes everything simple.
- To turn vibrations on for the clitoris stimulator, you simply need to press the button in the middle of the dial. This is your function button.
- First press will turn the clitoris vibrator on alone.
- A second press will turn on both the vibrations and the rotation.
- Third press will return it to rotation alone.
- To turn the sex toy off just press the power button again. Unlike some sex toys, you don’t have to hold the button down for any length of time. Just a quick push will turn it off.
- Keep that in mind when you’re using the sex toy. So you don’t accidentally turn it off in the throes of pleasure which can be super annoying.
In regards to its size
One Touch Vibe is pretty slim and of modest length at 4.5 inches. Length is not too good if you are a size queen. But it is perfect for those who don’t want a lot of girth in their vibrator.
There will be no cervix-jabbing. I think especially in a vibrator where the shaft swirls around this is a bonus. Sometimes the large size combined with the arc of rotation from the shaft can be uncomfortable for some.
There are two styles, one is in pink and one is in blue.
Pink One Touch Vibe has a different shaft and clitoral stimulator compared to the blue one. I personally hate the colours. But that is not enough to put me off the vibrators. Apart from that, they are very cool.
In terms of noise, this isn’t the noisiest sex toy on the market. But it’s not whisper quiet either. I wouldn’t use this if you are sharing close quarters with anyone that you don’t want to hear you.
This is pretty much the case with all the moving-shaft vibes I have seen. So you just have to weigh up the noise factor vs the fun level you’re going to get from this vibe.
