About Perfect Fit

Steve Callow built computers as a young man, worked for Accenture, then moved into telecommunications. His first adult business, StreemMaster, made enema products and lost him his savings. In our interview with Steve Callow, he described Perfect Fit Brand as its successor.

The turning point was material. In 2010 he blended TPR with silicone into SilaSkin, which stretches further than either on its own. Fat Boy sheaths, Xact-Fit rings and Zoro strap-ons followed, and the company traded from Fort Lauderdale before moving its base to Los Angeles and Toronto.

Callow designed for gay men, trans men and anyone the big sex toy brands overlooked. He died in July 2022 after a car accident. The brand continues through VenWel, the Canadian company that holds the PERFECTFIT BRAND trademark.

These are the named lines and collaborations, each in more than one version.

Xact-Fit

Xact-Fit is a sizing system for cock rings. Fourteen silicone rings run from #10 to #23, about 1.4 to 2.3 inches across, each stamped with its number. They come in 2-packs and 3-packs, and in the Play Zone Kit, which stacks nine rings on a small orange traffic cone. Once you know your number, you can reorder that exact size or stack two for more hold.

XPlay

XPlay is the newer, broader range. It covers Ultra Wrap rings in 6, 9 and 12 inch lengths, thin and slim silicone wrap rings, and ribbed PF Blend rings. Fat Boy

Fat Boy is Perfect Fit's best-known line of clear SilaSkin penis sheaths. Each one has a closed tip and a scrotal loop to hold it in place. Fat Boy Thin adds about half an inch of girth, while Original Ultra Fat adds more. Micro Ribbed and Checker Box versions change the outer texture, in 4.0, 5.5, 6.5 and 7.5 inch lengths. Hefty

Hefty is a line of soft, stretchy silicone rings in many colours, including six skin tones and glow-in-the-dark. Hefty Rings come in 36 and 44 mm, and Hefty Classic is a medium-stretch ring. Hefty Wrap is a long flat band, 229 or 305 mm, that wraps as a cock ring, ball ring or stretcher. The smooth finish is made not to pull hair.

Zoro

Zoro is a one-piece silicone strap-on, with the shaft and base plate moulded together on an elastic jock waistband. Lengths run 5.5, 6.5 and 7 inches, and waistbands come from XS to XXL. Zoro Knight is a hollow 6-inch version in PF Blend. Steve Callow patented the contoured, open-bottom plate behind it. Unlike most strap-on sex toys, there are no buckles to adjust.

Buck Angel FTM Line

Developed with trans activist Buck Angel, this line began shipping in September 2016. Buck-Off is a 5.5-inch SilaSkin stroker for trans men, with a 0.75-inch opening. Kiss-X, from 2018, is tighter, made for smaller growth or early testosterone. Fun Boy is a soft hollow packer in 4.5 and 6.5 inches. The line won XBIZ Specialty Product/Line of the Year in 2020.

Rocco by Perfect Fit

Rocco by Perfect Fit was a collaboration with adult star Rocco Steele, launched in 2019 in London. The first products included the Rocco 3-Way Wrap Ring, the Big Breeder open-ended sleeve and the Jack Daddy stroker. Steele Hard cock rings in 1.4 and 1.75 inches and Cum Clean douches followed. Jack Daddy and Breeder names now appear in the XPlay range.

Armour Up

Armour Up covers firmer, shaped rings. Cock Armour is a PF Blend sheath-style ring in Standard and Large, plus a rechargeable Buzz version. Armour Up Sport is a 1.5-inch silicone ring. Ergoflo is Perfect Fit's anal douche line, and it grew out of Steve Callow's first invention. Ergoflo Pro runs from the shower at low pressure, with an 8-inch silicone flex tip and a 5-inch plastic nozzle. Director, Extra and Impulse are bulb douches with different tips. Ergoflo Deep has a flexible 9-inch nozzle and a 10-ounce bulb with a backflow valve.

Tunnel Plug

Tunnel Plugs are hollow, open-ended plugs in medium, large and extra-large, in clear or black. The Medium has about 2.5 inches insertable and a 6.3-inch circumference. Double Tunnel Plugs add a second flared section for a fuller feel, in the same three sizes. Compared with many tunnel plugs, the PF Blend versions flex more. Each has a flared base for safe removal.

Bull Bag

Bull Bag is a soft ball stretcher. The standard Bull Bag is about 0.75 inches tall and slips over the scrotum to add gentle weight and pull. SilaSkin and PF Blend, explained

SilaSkin is Perfect Fit's blend of TPR and silicone. It is soft, very stretchy and slightly sticky to the touch, which helps sheaths and rings stay put. Clear versions let a partner see what is happening.

PF Blend is a firmer cousin used for wraps, plugs and Zoro Knight. It holds shape better while still stretching. Both blends are slightly porous, unlike pure silicone, so they need careful washing and drying.

Some pieces use other materials. Xact-Fit and Zoro are silicone, the single Tunnel Plugs are a flexible rubber, and Ergoflo bulbs are TPR with plastic or silicone tips. Check the material on each listing.

How Perfect Fit sizing works

Xact-Fit numbers each ring, so #10 is the smallest and #23 the largest. Start a few sizes up from your guess, then step down until the ring feels snug but not tight. The Play Zone Kit is the easiest way to test several sizes.
