Lovehoney Sex Toys - Rabbit Vibrators, Bondage Kits & Couples Pleasure Accessories

Lovehoney Group makes Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave, ROMP and pjur. Its roots go back to Bath in 2002. Womanizer made Pleasure Air clitoral stimulation famous, and We-Vibe makes couples’ vibrators you can share over an app. Arcwave brings air-pulse play to men, while ROMP offers simple first designs. Lovehoney’s own lines include Happy Rabbit, Sqweel and Bondage Boutique. Licensed collections include the official Fifty Shades of Grey range, plus tokidoki and rock band designs. Bondage gear, lingerie and lubes complete the family. Pick the brand that matches the feel you want. Then add a pjur lube to finish the set.

Lovehoney Group is the British-based sexual wellness group behind Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave, ROMP, pjur and Lovehoney. It also makes the official Fifty Shades of Grey collection and a wide spread of licensed and own-label lines.

About Lovehoney Group

Lovehoney was founded in Bath in 2002 by Richard Longhurst and Neal Slateford. Over two decades it built its own label, from Happy Rabbit vibrators to Bondage Boutique restraints. In 2012 it secured the rights to make the official Fifty Shades of Grey collection. It won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for international trade in 2016, then again in 2021.

In August 2021 Lovehoney combined with WOW Tech Group, home of Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave and ROMP. Johannes Plettenberg, who led WOW Tech, became chief executive of the new Lovehoney Group. Today the group’s products are sold in more than 60 countries, and its registered office remains in Bath.

Lovehoney Group brands

The group’s main brands each focus on a different kind of play.

Womanizer

Womanizer is the brand that brought air-pulse stimulation to the mainstream. Its Pleasure Air Technology uses rhythmic waves of air around the clitoris, with no direct contact. Models run from the Classic, Premium and Starlet to the Liberty travel design, the Duo and Next. Our range of Womanizer Pleasure Air stimulators covers every shape, from compact to dual-stimulation, with silicone heads you can swap.

We-Vibe

We-Vibe began in Canada with the C-shaped couples’ vibrator worn during sex. Today the line covers Chorus, Sync and Match couples’ designs, Jive eggs, Moxie wearables and Pivot and Verge vibrating rings. Our We-Vibe Chorus review covers its squeeze remote and the We-Connect app. Most We-Vibe couples' vibrators can be shared over the app, even from a distance, and charge in their own case.

Arcwave

Arcwave is the group’s men’s brand, built around the same air-pulse idea as Womanizer. The Ion aims Pleasure Air at the frenulum, while Voy is an adjustable stroker sleeve and Zing a vibrating stroker. Our first look at the Arcwave Ion looks at its charging case and drying stick. Unlike many Arcwave male masturbators, Arcwave designs are made to be static, so you hold them still and let the sensation work.

ROMP

ROMP is the group’s easy first step into sex toys. It covers air-pulse clitoral stimulators, bullets, rabbits, wearables, butt plugs and cock rings, mostly in body-safe silicone and waterproof. Our interview with the group's Australian team explains why ROMP was built for first-time buyers. Our ROMP Peach versus Free X comparison shows how two of its air-pulse designs differ in feel and portability.

pjur

pjur is a German maker of personal lubricants, now part of the Lovehoney Group family. pjur Original is its silicone glide, and pjur Aqua is water-based with panthenol. pjur Woman, Back Door and Analyse Me cover women’s and anal glides, while pjur Med is a premium line. Choose water-based pjur with silicone sex toys, and silicone pjur for longer play or water.

Lovehoney

Lovehoney is the founding brand of the group, set up in Bath in 2002. Its own label covers vibrators, butt plugs, cock rings, Kegel balls, bondage gear, lubricants and massage oils. Product names are playful, such as Pocket Dipper strokers, Mind My Vagina lube and Sensual Touch massage oil. Most sit at an approachable level, which makes the label an easy starting point.

Lovehoney lines

Lovehoney’s own label is split into named lines.

Happy Rabbit

Happy Rabbit is Lovehoney’s rabbit range, protected by its own Australian trademark since 2017. It covers the classic rabbit vibrator plus curve, triple curve and realistic dual-density versions. The range also adds rabbit-ear bullets, a wand, bunny-tail plugs, vibrating cock rings and a remote knicker vibe. Every design carries the same flexible rabbit ears for clitoral play. Most are rechargeable and made from body-safe silicone.

Sqweel

Sqweel is Lovehoney’s oral sex simulator, created by Trevor Murphy after he won the company’s 2009 Design A Sex Toy competition. Instead of vibrating, it turns a wheel of soft silicone tongues that flick against the skin. Sqweel XT for Men applies the same rotating-tongue wheel to penile play. Sqweel has been an Australian trademark since 2017. Start on the slowest speed, and add water-based lube for a smoother glide.

Mantric

Mantric is a Lovehoney range of rechargeable vibrators with a clean, modern look. It includes a rabbit vibrator, along with G-spot and wand shapes. The designs keep to simple button controls and body-safe silicone, without apps or extra features. Mantric suits buyers who want a reliable rechargeable vibrator with a calm look that sits comfortably on a bedside table. Charge it fully before first use.

Bondage Boutique

Bondage Boutique is Lovehoney’s beginner bondage range. It covers soft wrist and ankle cuffs, blindfolds, collars, ties and under-the-bed restraint systems. Pieces are made to feel comfortable on the skin while holding firm, so new couples can try restraint without heavy hardware. Agree on a safe word before you start, and keep safety scissors nearby. Check hands and feet often for tingling.

Dominix

Dominix is Lovehoney’s advanced BDSM range, launched in 2014 in leather and stainless steel. The launch included heavy leather cuffs that rotate at the wrist, a heavy leather collar, hanging straps and a heart slapper paddle. It suits experienced players who want firmer hardware than a starter kit offers. Check every buckle and lock before each session, and keep the keys within reach.

Blowmotion

Blowmotion is Lovehoney’s range of vibrating male masturbators. The strokers pair a soft inner sleeve with motors that add vibration to each stroke. Some designs work hands-free, so the stroker does the work while you relax. Use plenty of water-based lube, and rinse the sleeve with warm water after each session. Let it dry fully before storing it, away from other sex toys.

Uprize

Uprize is Lovehoney’s strap-on and dildo range. The Uprize Remote Control AutoErect dildos come in 6-inch and 8-inch sizes, with silicone shafts and a wireless remote. Their AutoErect motion makes the shaft rise and move on its own. The Uprize Universal Strap-On Harness is padded, with a 2-inch silicone O-ring that fits most suction-base dildos. Use water-based lube with the silicone shafts.

Mon Ami

Mon Ami is Lovehoney’s range of mini vibrating massagers, registered as an Australian trademark. The designs are small enough for a handbag or a travel bag. They suit beginners who want gentle clitoral play, and anyone who wants a second, smaller vibrator for travel. Start on the lowest setting, then build up as you find what you like. Wash them after each use.

Shag Factory

Shag Factory is a retro Lovehoney range launched in 2011. The original line included vibrating cock rings, from the entry-level Day Tripper to the twin-bullet Double Decker. It also had vibrating bullets in bright colours, such as Love Missile and Flower Power, plus a pack of batteries. The look is playful and 1960s-inspired, which makes the range an easy gift.

Lovehoney Lingerie

Lovehoney Lingerie is the group’s own lingerie label. It covers bodies, babydolls, bra sets, bodystockings and crotchless styles, with plus sizes across much of the range. Pieces are designed to pair with the group’s sex toys and bondage gear for a full night in. Check the size guide on each product page before you order, as fit varies by style.

Licensed collections

Lovehoney also makes collections under licence from books, artists, bands and TV.

Fifty Shades of Grey

Fifty Shades of Grey is the official collection based on the novels by E. L. James. Lovehoney secured world rights outside the Americas in 2012 to design and make it. It now spans the Fifty Shades of Grey, Darker and Freed ranges. Pieces include Greedy Girl rabbits, satin and lace restraints, steel and glass plugs, jiggle balls, couples’ kits and advent calendars.

Tracey Cox

The Tracey Cox collection is made with British sex and relationships author Tracey Cox. It includes the Dare! Travel Massager, a pocket-sized silicone pebble with six modes, and the rechargeable Dare Power Massager wand. Each design is meant to be simple to use. The collection suits couples who want straightforward designs backed by an expert’s advice. Both wash clean with warm, soapy water.

tokidoki

The tokidoki collection is made under licence from the Italian-Japanese art brand known for its cute, colourful characters. It includes Petal Vibes, Girl Power Vibes, single-speed mini bullets and Wildstyle finger vibrators. There are also Pocket Dipper stroker cups and a cock ring, each printed with tokidoki characters. Bright artwork makes these a fun gift. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth after use.

Motörhead

The Motörhead collection is an officially licensed range made with the British heavy metal band. It includes Overkill and Ace of Spades vibrators, named after the band’s songs, in classic and bullet styles. The classic vibrators run on batteries, with seven functions. The bullets have ten functions and are waterproof. Each carries official band artwork, so they make a fun gift for a fan of the band.

Mötley Crüe

The Mötley Crüe collection is an officially licensed range made with the American rock band. It includes the Shout at the Devil and Classic Skull vibrators, the Too Fast For Love bullet and the Dr Feelgood vibrator. Each is named after one of the band’s albums or songs and carries official band artwork. They make a fun gift for a fan.

Bettie Page

The Bettie Page collection celebrates the 1950s pin-up model. It includes the Buzzin Bullet and Balm Set, which pairs a silver waterproof bullet with a cooling balm. The Teasearama Riding Crop is genuine leather, with Bettie Page’s signature embossed on the handle. The vintage styling suits couples who like a retro look in the bedroom. Patch test the balm first.

Broad City

The Broad City collection is made under licence from the American comedy series. It includes a Pegging Kit with a curved 7-inch silicone dildo, cotton Y-front briefs with an O-ring harness and a bullet vibrator. The Love Egg Vibrator is a wired egg with four speeds. The range brings the show’s humour to first-time pegging and egg play. Start slowly with plenty of lube.

Air-pulse technology across the group

Pleasure Air is the thread that links three of the group’s brands. Womanizer uses it around the clitoris, ROMP brings it to simpler, entry-level designs, and Arcwave adapts it for the frenulum. Each sends waves of air rather than vibrating against the skin. Many people find this feels closer to oral sex than a vibrator does. Start on a low setting, as the sensation can build quickly.

Sex toys for couples

We-Vibe is the group’s couples’ specialist. Chorus is worn during sex, with one arm inside and one resting on the clitoris, while a partner squeezes the remote to change the strength. Womanizer and We-Vibe also share couples’ kits, and Fifty Shades of Grey adds kits with restraints, blindfolds and vibrators. For distance, the We-Connect app lets a partner take control from anywhere.

Kink and bondage

The group covers every level of restraint play. Fifty Shades of Grey and Bondage Boutique suit beginners, with satin, lace and soft faux leather. Under-the-bed systems hold wrists and ankles without a bed frame. Dominix adds heavier leather and steel for experienced players. Whatever the level, agree on limits first and check in often.

Lubes and care

pjur gives the group a full range of lubricants. Water-based pjur Aqua is safe with every sex toy and condom, and it rinses off easily. Silicone pjur Original lasts longer and works in the shower, but keep it away from silicone sex toys. Lovehoney adds its own water-based lubes, massage oils and a sex toy cleaner. Wash each sex toy after use, dry it and store it in its pouch.

Gifts and themed collections

The licensed collections make the group a strong choice for gifts. tokidoki adds cute characters, while Motörhead and Mötley Crüe suit rock fans. Bettie Page brings a 1950s pin-up look, and Broad City brings comedy to a pegging kit. Fifty Shades of Grey advent calendars and couples’ kits suit anniversaries and Valentine’s Day. Each comes in themed packaging.

Choosing your first Lovehoney Group product

Start with what you want to feel. For contact-free clitoral play, choose a Womanizer, or a ROMP air-pulse design for an easy first step. For couples, a We-Vibe couples’ vibrator works during sex. For men, Arcwave suits air-pulse play and Blowmotion suits vibrating strokers. For power play, start with a Fifty Shades of Grey or Bondage Boutique kit. Add a pjur lube to suit your sex toys.

Who Lovehoney Group suits — and who should look elsewhere

Lovehoney Group suits buyers who want proven technology, a wide choice and well-known names. It also suits gift buyers, thanks to its licensed collections.

It is not for buyers who want one small, independent maker or a single design style. People who want handmade or very niche fetish gear may prefer a specialist.

Please read — safety first. Use water-based lube with silicone sex toys, as silicone lube can damage them. Start air-pulse stimulators on the lowest setting, and keep the head clean between uses. Only use butt plugs and anal sex toys with a flared base. Remove cock rings after 20 to 30 minutes. With restraints, agree on a safe word, check circulation often and keep safety scissors nearby. Charge app-controlled designs fully and keep your app updated. This information is general in nature and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition or ongoing discomfort, stop use and speak with a qualified health professional.
