Why choose Fantasy Lingerie Fantasy Lingerie has traded under that name for around four decades, with a 1984 trademark filing in San Fernando, California. It was an XBIZ nominee for lingerie company of the year in both 2023 and 2024. The range runs from soft Tease lace to Domina wetlook, so one brand covers many moods. Glow pieces react to blacklight, and Radiance sparkles under ordinary light. Curve, Queen and One Size options mean most styles come in more than one body size.

About Fantasy Lingerie
Fantasy Lingerie is one of the longest-running names in US adult lingerie. A company called Fantasy Lingerie, Inc. in San Fernando, California filed the brand name in 1984. Today the label is run by Amuzement Enterprises, Inc., which trades as Fantasy Lingerie and was incorporated in California in 2003. The brand says it has been designing for more than 40 years.
The company sells mostly to retailers and online stores worldwide. In 2019, President Leilani Whitney launched Vibes, a streetwear-style line aimed at younger buyers. The brand was an XBIZ Awards nominee for Lingerie Company of the Year in 2023. In 2024 it was nominated for Intimate Apparel Company of the Year. Its own story centres on body positivity, with styles cut for many shapes and sizes. Our guide to choosing Fantasy Lingerie for your shape covers how to pick cuts for your figure.
Fantasy Lingerie product lines
Fantasy Lingerie splits its range into named lines, and the line name usually starts the product title. Here is what each one covers.
Vixen: everyday sexy sets
Vixen is the brand’s main line of sets, teddies and tops, and it has its own page on the official site. Styles carry playful names such as At Last, Wide Awake, Take A Chance, Deep Dive and Enemies To Lovers. Expect tie-back tops with skirts, rhinestone tops with panties, ombré mesh and lace teddies. Most use a 95% nylon, 5% spandex stretch blend, and many are One Size, which suits a wide range of busts and hips.
Domina: wetlook and restraint styling
Domina is the darker line, built from wetlook panels, zips, buckles, O-rings and straps. Pieces include an openable bra and panty, a Lock & Key open teddy, and a zipper chemise with a buckle halter. The One-Shoulder Rope Teddy even comes with matching cuffs. The wetlook sections are about 80% nylon and 20% spandex, so they stretch more than real leather. Domina suits role play and fetish nights where you want the look of restraint without heavy gear.
Sheer Fantasy: patterned bodystockings
Sheer Fantasy is Fantasy Lingerie’s bodystocking line. Each piece covers the body from shoulders to toes, or shoulders to thighs, in one stretch mesh layer. Names include Chase The Feeling, Royal Treatment, Cosmic Love, Lose Control and Undivided Attention. Most are 90% nylon and 10% spandex and fit roughly Australian sizes 6 to 16. Compared with many bodystockings, these lean on bold woven patterns, cut-outs and halter or one-shoulder necklines.
Glow: UV-reactive and glow-in-the-dark
Glow is the line that lights up. Some pieces react to blacklight, and some glow in the dark after charging under light. The range covers bodystockings such as Hyperdrive and Paradigm, teddies, bra sets, cheerleader-style costumes and glowing pasties. Neon pink is the standout colour under UV. Fabrics are mostly nylon and spandex fishnet and mesh. Our close look at Glow by Fantasy Lingerie shows how the pieces look under festival and club lighting.
Radiance: rhinestones, shimmer and metallic mesh
Radiance is Fantasy Lingerie’s sparkle line. It uses shimmer lace, rhinestone details and metallic foil mesh that catches light without needing a blacklight. Typical pieces are halter bralettes and panties, some with chain fringe that moves as you walk. Colours include jewel tones such as emerald. Radiance suits parties, festivals and nights when you want to shine under ordinary lights rather than UV.
Curve: plus-size cuts
Curve is the plus-size line, cut for sizes XL/XXL and XXXL/XXXXL. It is not just larger versions of the main styles. Curve includes underwire chemises with ruffles, stretch lace rompers with adjustable waists, soft-touch bodysuits with snap closures and two-tone lace with peek-a-boo cut-outs. Fabrics such as 92% polyester and 8% spandex give stretch with some hold. The 2019 line-up described Curve as plus-size fashion at a higher-end level.
Play: bedroom costumes
Play is the costume line, also called Fantasy Play. Each set pairs a top and bottoms with matching accessories. Themes include a nun (Confess To Me), a devil (Raising Hell), a nurse (Herbal Remedy), a cowgirl (Saddle Up) and a rope-trimmed superhero set. Most use nylon or polyester with spandex and come in S/M and M/L. Unlike many bedroom costumes, Play sets are cut as lingerie first, so the fit is closer and the fabric thinner.
Vibes: streetwear-style slogans
Vibes launched in January 2019 as a streetwear-inspired line of bralettes, tops and skirts. Its signature is printed elastic trim with slogans, starting with phrases such as “Lit AF” and “Boss AF”. Later styles include Boujee, That’s Dope, So Salty and the flash-reactive Eat Me bodysuit. Fabrics include stretch plaid, lace and mesh. Vibes suits people who want lingerie that looks like club or festival wear.
Tease: soft lace and satin
Tease is the soft, romantic side of the brand. Pieces are named, such as the Erin floral lace bralette set, the Sophie bra, garter and panty, and the Paige lace chemise. There are also satin rompers with lace bodices and open-back details. Fabrics are mostly nylon and spandex lace. Tease sits closest to classic sexy lingerie for women, and it suits anniversaries and first nights in new lingerie.
Elusive: lace teddies and bustiers
Elusive is the line for traditional lace silhouettes. Styles such as Anya and Bianca pair stretch lace with sheer mesh, often with underwire cups for support. Shapes include lace teddies, halter teddies, three-piece bralette sets with garter belts, and bustiers with thong panties. Some versions are crotchless. Elusive suits buyers who want classic boudoir lingerie with more structure than a soft bralette.
Opulence: harness and halter sets
Opulence combines halter necklines with strappy harness details. Pieces include a bra and panty with harness, a crotchless plunge teddy, halter teddies and halter bralettes with crotchless panties or G-strings. Colours include black and a rich chocolate brown. Fabrics are mostly 95% nylon and 5% spandex. Some bra sets are sized for busts of about 34 to 38 inches with C/D cups.
Edge: wetlook, zips and flogger sets
Edge mixes wetlook, mesh and lace with harder hardware. Styles include a wetlook and mesh catsuit, a zipper bralette and panty, a longline lace bra and a crotchless teddy sold with a mini flogger. It sits between Vixen and Domina: bolder than everyday sets, lighter than full restraint styling. Edge suits a first fetish-style look before moving on to heavier pieces.
Romp: rompers and playsuits
Romp is the one-piece line: rompers, jumpsuits and playsuits. Examples include the Harlow sequin halter romper, a floral lace romper with a tassel tie, and a long-sleeve sheer teddy romper with garters. Fabrics range from 90% polyester and 10% spandex stretch to sequins on stretch microfibre. Snap crotches make the fitted styles easier to wear. Romp suits nights out as well as nights in.
Premiere: accessories and hanging lingerie
Premiere was described in 2019 as Fantasy Lingerie’s hanging lingerie line, made for retail rails rather than boxed packs. Today the name appears on accessories such as the Moonlight two-tone gloves. These are finishing pieces that pair with a set or bodystocking from another line. Premiere suits buyers building a full look, from gloves to stockings, around one favourite outfit or costume.
Glow and Radiance: how the shine works
Glow and Radiance both catch the eye in the dark, but they work in different ways. Glow pieces use fabric or prints that react to ultraviolet light. Under a blacklight, neon colours such as pink and green look bright and almost electric. Some Glow pieces also store light and give off a soft glow in a dark room for a short time after.
Radiance does not need special lighting. It uses metallic foil mesh, shimmer lace and rhinestones that reflect any light in the room. That makes it the better pick for a dinner, a party or photos with a normal flash. If your night includes a club with UV lights, Glow will stand out more. If you want sparkle everywhere, choose Radiance.
Fabrics and build
Almost every Fantasy Lingerie piece is a stretch blend. Lace, mesh and fishnet styles are usually nylon with 5–10% spandex. Wetlook and some costume pieces use polyester or nylon with up to 20% spandex for extra give. The spandex is what lets One Size styles fit a wide range of bodies.
Fastenings vary by line. Tease and Elusive use hook-and-eye backs, adjustable straps and, on some teddies, underwire cups. Domina and Edge add zips, buckles, O-rings and clips, so check where the hardware sits before you wear it for long. Many crotchless and openable styles are designed to stay on during sex.
These are lightweight garments. Mesh and fishnet can snag on rings, nails or rough surfaces, so dress carefully and store pieces flat or folded in a soft bag.

Choosing your first Fantasy Lingerie piece
Start with the mood you want. For soft and romantic, choose Tease or Elusive lace. For a confident everyday set, Vixen is the easy middle ground. For role play, a Play costume gives you a ready-made character. For a darker look, try Edge first, then move to Domina.
Then think about fit. If you are unsure of your size, One Size Vixen and Sheer Fantasy styles stretch the most. Plus-size buyers should start with Curve, which is cut for fuller figures rather than simply scaled up. If you want to stand out at a party, choose Glow for UV rooms or Radiance for normal lighting.
Who Fantasy Lingerie suits — and who should look elsewhere
Fantasy Lingerie suits people who want fun, eye-catching lingerie at an accessible level, in many styles from one brand. It also suits couples who enjoy dressing up, festival and club goers, and plus-size buyers who want more than basic black.
It is not a luxury silk or couture label. Most pieces use synthetic stretch blends, which are comfortable but not as fine as silk or French lace. If you need firm everyday support in an exact band and cup size, a dedicated bra brand will suit you better. Most sets use broad sizes such as S/M or One Size.
Before you buy: fit and care. Fantasy Lingerie uses US sizing, so check the Australian size on each product page. As a guide, the brand’s lingerie chart gives S/M as a 33–35 inch bust, M/L 36–38 inches, L/XL 38–40 inches and Queen 40–42 inches. Its plus chart gives 1X/2X as a 40–46 inch bust and 3X/4X as 46–49 inches. If you sit between sizes, size up in wetlook and rigid trims, and choose One Size for stretch mesh. Hand wash cold, skip the dryer and hang to dry, as heat damages spandex, glow coatings and metallic foil. Lingerie is usually not returnable once worn, for hygiene reasons. |
