Actually it is better you use it under water so that you can avoid the noise of the ''powerful vibrations''. It is battery operated with 4 AAA batteries which is, in my opinion, another drawback for this masturbator. The battery section at the bottom of the product is not user-friendly. If you try to take the batteries out you will probably see them on the floor due to the absence of a stopper or an extra attachment to hold the batteries on. The stroker has 22.75 cm x 9 cm for overall and 12 cm x 7.5 cm for sleeve in dimensions. There is removable textured sleeve in it for easy cleaning(Finally found a pro to mention).
