5 of 5 Stars! This product looked very promising when bought, and the sizing seemed right. HOWEVER, there was no way this thing was going on. The entrance to the shaft cage is a solid 40mm ring and does NOT open up with the shaft cage. Put bluntly, being a larger size, there was no way this thing was going to come off without a paramedic if I were to ever open the shaft cage. Also, there were some very sharp edges around the scrotum and shaft cages which would have caused some nasty damage had I not spotted them first. Happily, Anna from product support resolved these issues to my complete satisfaction. A disappointing product, but great customer support. Recommend these guys totally. 2 stars for product, 6 stars for the customer support!
