When they come in and say 'i don't know what i'm looking for' - whereas in most other industries it's an absolute chore, in this one it's the best. I love my job working at adult lifestyle centre, Kogarah and some of my favourite customers are those into BDSM. Bondage customers keep coming back as their tastes develop and grow and one of my favourite starter kits is the Manbound under the bed restraint system (which also comes in the sportsheets section). They're exactly the same product just marketed differently (cos us gay boys need our own product line). The reason why i like this set is due to the versatility of it all. As most of you with toys will know - you don't necessarily want an entire cupboard devoted to toys. You want toys with versatility, with purpose. The manbound (sportsheets) restraint system is just that. This 5 piece set has velcro ankle and wrist cuffs, which attach to the piece which can be discreetly placed under the mattress and turn any ordinary bed into a bondage bed! The velcro cuffs are soft, durable and comfortable and above all else; sensual - thus they are perfect for beginners that are curious as to bondage but aren;t ready to take the leap of faith. Rather than some of the other cuffs, especilly the steel ones, these ones will fit virtually any size wrist! The main reason i did this review is because not only do i like it, but also to give you some ideas as to the versatility of this product. What's more is that the cuffs are separable from each other. So, with a couple of chains from bunnings, or even a steel cockring you can jimmy up your own rigs and designs. For the most part you'll need some steel rings, some double bulldog clips, and some chains (even a dog chain would work well). That's why this set is awesome for beginners - it can grow with them as they creatively think of new designs, positions and uses for the cuffs and chains. You don't necessarily need to exclusively use the attached pieces. Indeed, if you have a proper set of leather cuffs that someone particularly wants to play with, with a couple of bull dog clips you can easily rig it up and off you go. The only downside with the do it yourself designs is that if your partner isn't playing very fairly you could possibly get out in certain situations if the velcro isn't done up tightly and properly. This set is great by itself, but can also be teamed up with practically anything else, including any kind of vibrator, hitachi, wartenberg wheel and your massage oil candles.

Sportsheets Under the Bed Restraint System This system is extremely versatile and can be enjoyed from beginners to experts!The system comes with a sturdy nylon main strap that is adjustable and can fit under any sized bed from single to king with 4 other straps which connect to the wrist and ankle restraints via lobster claw clips and D rings. The restraints themselves are extremely soft faux fur with Velcro closures. admittedly Velcro coming apart isn't the most luxurious or arousing sound but what is important is that it is safe and inviting for beginners especially. The Velcro is a great safety implement as it can be removed easily if required but its ability to be loosened or tightened in seconds makes up for its turn off sound. More advanced users can substitute in their favourite D link hells couture cuffs or thigh cuffs. This product can also be used under a variety of thing for example tables or lounges just like the restraints can be used in a variety of positions. The straps can be tightened or loosened to accommodate this It takes a few minutes to install the restraint system under the mattress or bed frame. Once installed it is equally easy to remove to take away on vacation or the old romantic weekend as a bonus it is extremely light weight product! When not in use it can be tucked back under the mattress for discretion. This product can also be used under a variety of thing for example tables , lounges or door restraints just like the restraints can be used in a variety of positions. This restraint system comes in a variety of packaging/branding and all of them are hideously photo shopped. only let down of this product.
4 of 5 Stars! Sportsheet’s Motto is ‘Keeping Couples Connected’ and it is a philosophy that I thoroughly enjoy. The history of Sportsheets began in 1993 when founder, Tom Stewart was watching David Letterman put on a Velcro suit, jump on a trampoline and stick himself to the wall. From there began a company devoted to creating innovative products for Bondage and positioning. Tom has been heavily involved in programs which facilitate the recovery of Marines, and American soldiers having returned from war. A lot of his products help with the positioning of couples during sex, in order to create a more pleasurable and comfortable sexual experience. Indeed, when many of the servicemen and women having returned from war with various states of mobility, and disabilities, it became paramount to Tom to continue and develop products which keep couples connected. There are many Sportsheets products such as various slings, thigh harness etc which demonstrate this commitment, however today I’m going to look at one of my favourites, the Under The Bed Restraint System. Unlike other restraint systems which attach themselves to the poles, feet of the bed, or the bedhead, the Sportsheets version has under the mattress restraints which slide underneath the mattress for easy use and can be set up very quickly and easily by ones self, or with the help of a friend. It can either be set up with the straps coming out the sides, or flipped with the straps coming out of the top and bottom of the mattress. The adjustable straps will fit any size mattress whether it be something simple like an operating bed scenario/role play or a deluxe and plush king bed. Either way depends on a few variables, firstly the relative height of the partners, as well as the positions needed for the couple. It’s a simple matter of adjusting the location of the straps. Once it’s set up it can stay there for as long as it is needed, tucked under the mattress to avoid discovery, or stored in a small bag for easy transport. You might want to take this to your partner’s house, or you could even bundle this up and take it to a hotel room or for a naughty getaway! What I love about this product is its versatility. The four cuffs are detachable and this is where the fun can begin. With a little imagination the cuffs can be attached to a variety of things such as chains, O-Rings and they can form a variety of different positioning tools. For example attaching a short chain to all four cuffs and then to an o-ring can make a splendid Hog Tie. Attaching them to a longer chain and you can create hand cuffs. The possibilities are endless. The cuffs in this product are soft, comfortable and come with a Velcro strap. For people with hand mobility concerns, a Velcro strap makes everything far simpler, further, if you or your partner has trust concerns or you’re just beginning, Velcro straps with planning, can be far easier to undo than leather and buckles.
