Once its on it gives you a fantastic stretch without any real pain, just a nice tight feeling. The product moulds well around the top of your balls to avoid any pinching. Putting it on can be a bit of a challenge the first time. I found the best way is to stretch the product up around my hand, hold my balls and then feed the peoduct back up and over.
