An Award Winning Pelvic Floor Courtesy of JoyDivision

I would like to start off by thanking JoyDivision for providing me with the Joyballs Secret for review.  I’m only some kegel exercises away from an award winning pelvic floor.  Joyballs Secret is a sexual health aid for women called a Kegel Exerciser which is used to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

It’s box says: “No strings attached!” Because there aren’t any!

It has a patented removal loop which is used to easily insert and remove the product during use. This removal loop also connects the two colourful teardrop cases that house the jiggle balls.  I was surprised to find that they are actually seamlessly connected with a watertight design.  This means that there are no cracks that any bacteria can hide after you have cleaned it.

What I was surprised to find on the box’s cover case, was a sticker which said: “TUV International Certification – Tested for harmful substances”

This instantly put me at ease as it let me know that this product is bodysafe, not toxic and phthalate free.  Material that Joyballs Secret is made out of is called “Silikomed” which is clinically and dermatologically tested to be hypoallergenic and skin friendly.

What’s Included With The Joyballs Secret

I was now ready to discover what is inside this box so I took the cover case off. Inside a plain white box with the words “JoyDivision… my lovestyle!” inscribed in silver writing.  This box uses a strong magnetic seal to keep it together.

When I opened the box I was happy to find a storage pouch, personal lubricant, instruction manual and the Kegel Exerciser safely tucked away in foam.  The one which I received is in a deep red colour.  It is also available in the colour green, pink, purple, dark blue and black.

So you can choose one which will match your sex toy collection.

How Do the Jiggle Balls Work?

First thing I did when I got my Joyballs Secret was test how the jiggle balls reverberated within the Kegel Exerciser.  A good way to feel how they would work is to hold your hand out so your palm is flat and it faces upwards.

• Place the Kegel Exerciser on the palm of your hand.
• Move your hand in quick circular motions.
• Let the jiggle balls naturally bounce off each other on the sides of the material that the sexual health aid is made out of.
• Jiggle balls are an important aspect of the product because when they reverbate it causes the Pelvic Floor Muscles to naturally contract which will work them out with minimal effort.

They Reminded me of Meditation Balls

When I tested the Joyballs Secret I was surprised to find that they reminded me of meditation balls. Have you ever thought of meditation with kegel balls?

Meditation balls are normally made with a hard material like ceramic with jiggle balls inside that bounce around when moved. This movement causes the product to reverberate and makes a sound much like a bell for sensory stimulation.  It can be quite relaxing.

What I loved about Joyballs Secret

Rather it being made out of a hard material they made it out of silicone which causes a trampoline like bounce and it also dampens the sound of anything within the sexual health aid.

Only way anyone could possibly hear the sound of the jiggle balls is if they held the product right next to their ear and shook it which is what nobody ever does.  Also the sound will also be dampened by your body and your clothing.

Use Just The Right Amount Of Personal Lubricant

When using the Kegel Exerciser you will need to take into consideration the length and the weight of the sexual health aid so that you can decide how much lubrication you will need to use.

Joyballs Secret has an insertable length of 11.4cm and weighs 85g. If you require lubrication, I recommend that you massage a thin layer directly onto the Joyballs Secret. You only need a little amount. If you use too much lubricant, it can make it difficult to insert properly and it will be difficult to carry inside of you as you walk around.

If you place too little lubricant on it, insertion and removal can be incredibly uncomfortable. It is important to know that this step can take some trial and error but within time you will get the knack of it.

I highly recommend using the personal lubricant that is included in this package.  It feels silky smooth and it lasts long enough for the purpose of using the Kegel Exerciser.

Joyballs Secret Is Flexible!

An surprising feature of the Joyballs Secret was that it has a middle part which is entirely flexible. It is so flexible that it allows the teardrop cases to touch each other.

At first, I was confused with the idea that it was this flexible. You see, I am used of sex toys being ergonomically designed for perfect stimulation of the g-spot but this product is not a sex toy, it is a sexual health aid.  Flexibility is there so that people are able to use it during their daily activities whether that’s going for a walk, sitting down to watch a television show or even going down to the post office in your car to pick up some mail.

Due to the length of the product, it would be entirely uncomfortably to sit down with something that big inside.  With the flexibility of the Joyballs Secret it will move with your body with every action that you take.

How Do I Get an Award Winning Pelvic Floor?

You will need the Kegel Exerciser to lay straight inside of you.

If you have a look on the bottom right hand corner of the box, you will find a picture of what it should look like when it is fully inserted. A removal loop will also be inside of you, so you will need to ensure that you have cut your fingernails short and softened off the edges.  This way you can easily retrieve it without accidentally hurting yourself.

Start off by being relaxed.

You can listen to some music, maybe you can even use a sex toy for some pleasurable stimulation.

• Once you are ready and lubricated you can hold the first teardrop case and begin inserting it.
• Thanks to the gently tapered tip it makes insertion a breeze.
• You should now have the first teardrop case inside.
• Now you can insert the second teardrop case.

Second case is more difficult than the first

This is because of the flexible part that is in between.

• If the teardrop cases touch together it may cause the jiggle balls to not bounce around.
• It may take a couple of tries to get this right because during the insertion process.
• You will begin to learn how your body works in a way which you may had not previously experienced before.
• If insertion doesn’t work properly the first time, you can try again when you feel more relaxed.

Your JoyDivision Joyballs are now Inserted

You may be surprised to find that the patented removal loop is actually completely inside you! It alarmed me at first.  But this is the exact reason why you need short finger nails because you need to be able to retrieve it.

I’m going to be completely real with you, if you are able to naturally push it out it will feel like you are laying two eggs.

New to exercising your pelvic floor muscles?

I recommend you try doing some standard Kegel Exercises laying down. When you are ready you can sit up and feel the weight of the balls as you do your exercises.

Then you can work forward onto other harder activities like standing up, walking and doing daily activities. Like lifting any type of weight or exercising any muscle, it is a gradual process that you can build upon to become bigger, stronger, faster and fitter.

I feel that the Joyballs Secret is great addition for standard to experienced users of Kegel Exercisers. They are the best sex toys to use maintain a woman’s sexual fitness levels.

Cleaning and Hygiene

When you have finished exercising, you can remove it then clean it.

It is incredibly easy to clean, you just need to use some soapy warm water and if you would like to take extra care of it you can definitely use some antibacterial sex toy cleaner.

In fact they are dishwasher safe. You can also use the pouch to store your Joyballs Secret to protect it from the any items coming in contact with the surface of the product.
