The Oh Zone Shopping Experience

Today I wanted to write something about The Oh Zone Shopping Experience and work ethic. I have only worked here for a small while but I have learned a lot from being here. This article will introduce you to the type of staff here, our work ethic, an explanation of our type of job, what customers have said and how we make the customer service experience the best it can be. The staff which work here are super friendly and down to earth. Our human resources superviser has spent a lot of time sifting through people to find the nicest and most non-judgemental people on the planet. The people I have worked with are always happy to learn something new, teach people product advice, help each other out with working task’s, turn problems into jokes and most of all, work together. Thanks to some brilliant staff member, we have the following work ethics that include:

“Your attitude determines your direction.”

“Think big, believe big, act big and the results will be big.”

“If hard work pays off then the easy work is worthless.”

“Nothing worth having is easy.”

“Lots of people know that finger pointing is a problem but they blame it on the other guy.”

As you can appreciate, our consultant job is much different from other day to day jobs. You probably would have already guessed that one as we sell sex toy product’s. All our customer’s who come into our stores, come in from a very vulnerable place and we understand this. The first day I worked here one of my bosses said:

“I don’t look at the sales assistant position as just a customer service position. We help other people to enhance their lifestyle, we try to make their life better and we try to give them the best help we can.”.

Everyone has a different need or want. So depending on who our customer is depends on how The Oh Zone Shopping Experience goes. We are all humans at the end of the day and we all have different types of sexual desires, personalities and hobbies. As you can appreciate, we do our best to look into what you need from your sex toy’s, lubricants, games, sprays, BDSM, steel devices, lingerie, pumps and plus size lingerie. When you tell us what you need, we try to give you the best product and advice possible.

Ever since I started working here, I’ve hard a lot of customer’s thank the Oh Zone branch for being here. We have customer’s that not only visit our Caringbah store, but they also regularly visit all our branches including Kogarah, Penrith and the Sydney City store. Some our customer’s travel large distances to get here. We also have a large range of customers from couples, people shopping for themselves, young adults, mature people, elderly, newbies to the very experienced. We have had a lot of customer’s say really lovely thing’s including:

“You are the only store that sells this type of plus size lingerie that no other store has.”

“The lovely staff member helped me out so much the other day and I need help with this.”
“I was scared to come here at first but the customer service here is friendly.”
“Thank you for helping me, I will definitely have fun tonight!”
“I am back again!”
“I am back again” is one of my favourite quote’s because that mean’s we have done something good to make your experience that good your comfortable to come back and happy to see us. So be sure to visit us, even if you are passing in have a look inside! We have a lot of sex product’s to look at to fulfill your sexual fantasies and a lot of fun testers so you can see how they feel. I really recommend you watch the video below to, so you can understand that we are all nice but different to.
We take the time to review our work flow to make it the best possible experience around. We try to maintain it by:
  • Knowing what you need from us. It may be giving you some friendly advice, teaching you how to use a product, what product suits what you need and how to take care of the product once you take it home
  • Understanding what you expect from us as a sex toy retail store
  • Re-evaluating both positive and negative reviews
  • Asking our customers if they are happy with their service or purchase
  • Doing our best to provide the best customer service experience
  • Continuously look for ways to improve your shopping experience
