Dame Fin: Secrets of the Finger Vibrator Revealed

I was fortunate enough to review the nifty, little sex toy known as the Dame Fin. It is a USB rechargeable, ergonomically designed finger vibrator worn between the fingers to focus on stimulating through touch.

I discovered that this adult lifestyle product to be very versatile compared to the larger clitoral stimulators and bullet vibrators on the market. My first impression of Fin was is that it’s petite, compact and unusual. It’s general size and appearance is discreet for people who may not feel comfortable with a recognisable vibrator.

Other advantages include that the material used for this adult toy is seamless Medical Grade Silicone. It’s also whispering quietly throughout all of its three speeds of straight vibration that includes low, medium and high.

Let’s Talk About Dame Fin

Fin comes in 2 pastel colours which are Coral and Jade. These colours aren’t necessarily sought after. But I know that we’ve had a revival of pastel shaded obsessions recently. These colours are unique against other identifiable coloured toys that it may be compared with and tried against.

Designers and producers of this device are two young women from Dame Products. One is a sex expert and the other a product expert. They have a video about this product on their website which is really informative while also respectively targeted to a hipster.

An alternative audience it’s still not restrictive to just these aesthetic groups either.

Fin is A No Brainer 

Compared to other sex toys that have annoying straps, awkward bulky sizes and shapes it seems a no brainer to add Fin finger vibrator to your personal collection.

It has a finger strap tether to fit 2 fingers between US ring sizes 4-12. You can use your index and middle finger for better grip and dexterity. This will make it much easier to use for someone who particularly would like it for solo play. Without worrying it will fall off any time during arousal and climax.

It is also fast and easy to remove the tether if not required at any stage as well. The tether is comfortable due to its smooth medical grade exterior which moves with the skin quite nicely. Even without lubrication.

How To Use the Dame Fin Vibrator

Use the Dame Products Fin in circular or up and down motions of the fingers. When I used this for mutal masturbation, it provided a steady buzz that felt really nice when firmly pressed against the clitoris and labia.

You could also use Fin on testicles. For both genders, it can be used on the little known area between the genitals and the anus commonly known as the “Gooch”.

It leaves a nice sensation of sexual relief once removed from contact in these areas too. Fin can be used in conjunction with a water-based lubricant or a silicone sex toy safe lubricant like SuperSlyde.

I used the Fin at all three speeds and it actually released pressure in those areas making me feel more relaxed.

It glides really well

Even against coarse or fine hair anywhere on the body but is even more efficient when used with lubricant. Even the darker button can vibrate just as well as the body of the device giving it all round use. This means you can utilise every surface of the toy. Pressing the sex toy firmly against the targeted areas of the body will provide a deeper vibration that won’t be irritating at all.

Charging 

It flashes when changing speeds. When the battery requires recharging. Charging Fin from a completely drained battery takes about 2.5 hours. The rechargeable battery lasts for about 5 hours of use on the lowest setting and 75 minutes of use on the highest setting.

It has a Travel Mode which you can activate by holding the button for 10 seconds. LED will blink the count and flash red at the end. In Travel Mode, Fin cannot be turned on accidentally. Plug Fin into exit this mode.

Downsides to Dame Fin

• Only real downsides to Fin is that it is splash-proof but cannot be submerged. You can not take it in the shower, bath, pool or use it internally… bummer!
• Also do not clean Fin with any products containing alcohol, petroleum or acetone. As this will degrade the materials of the product externally and internally.
• Fin doesn’t have warranty. But it isn’t the cheapest adult lifestyle product either. It doesn’t say anywhere on the packaging or user manual any warranty info. Wouldn’t hurt to direct the purchaser if they have any issues within the first 12 months to contact Dame to query further.

Overall Dame Products Fin is a neat little vibrator

Has a lot of positive uses and functionalities in its design. It really feels like a natural extension of the body that can fit in a small bag or your pocket to take anywhere you need to go. And gives you the experience in many ways of personal touch!
