• Easy to Use

First thing about this  inflatable dildo is that it is very easy to use. Because of the shape which is ergonomic in design.  And because of the material used, which is silicone, it really gives a very pleasurable sensation.  It is super easy to insert. Hiky Making All The Shots

Way back when the sex toy technology for clitoral suction was new, we had Womaniser and Satisfyer Pro 2.  In all the chaos of the release of those products we overlooked the conquest by Shots Toys.

You’ve probably seen it, it’s the little hair dryer looking toy on your tester stand.  It was loud, battery operated and it just all round kinda sucked.  And not the way shots toys really wanted it to.  Shots Toys have obviously recognised this and released Hiky which is a much nicer looking unit than Shot Toys the Conquest and the other suction devices out there.

It looks like it’ll be a nice product, it isn’t discreet and I am doubtful anyone would use it for storage because it’s flimsy as.   Has a pretty inaccurate blurb on the back.

• It states this product well overwhelm me – with what?
• That it is compact and travel friendly – I don’t know where they got that idea from as it is rather large for its kind at 8.1 inches in length.
• Box contains just a charger and the product, there is no satin bag… what a riiiippppppp.
• I like the silicone coating on Hiky it’s silky and draggy all at once.
• Being silicone it is a bit of a lint magnet. But its water resistance which makes it pretty easy to rinse the insertable end off.  Cap can be taken off to wash.
• I also really hate the colours they come in weird eggplant purple, charcoal and the red is an absolute delight.  Have eggplant but red is definitely my favourite. Colours are as sombre and morose, reflective of my feelings towards Hiky.

 

What sets the Shots Toys Hiky apart from other oral sex toys

Dislikes about the Hiky

Everything I dislike about it is minor.

• Absolutely think the shape is less than well thought out as when in use it sticks straight up I feel like I am using a teeny tiny Fleshlight for ladies.
• I did not find it ergonomic or comfortable whatsoever when using the suction end.
• To get a good seal you need to apply the correct amount of pressure and balance.
• If Hiky is held in the wrong spot, gets top heavy and tiresome rather quickly.

Insight into my life

If I am using a sex toy it means two things.

One – I’m in a hurry and I’m already late.

Or

Two – I ‘can’t be fucked’. Literally I am feeling so lazy I just wanna rest my arm on myself and hold something there until I’m finished.

Testing the Shots Toys Hiky

Hiky made me work rather hard.

Moving on to the next issue, what the hell is with the buttons?

They are LITERALLY SO FRUSTRATING! Here I am undies around my knees (because the device is huge and I have to hold it vertically from my body.  Jamming at these buttons, the lights are flashing but nothing is turning on. I found the fact the on/off button still needed to be held down for 5 + seconds for it to even light up or turn the product off. It was completely idiotic and actually rendered the button useless.

There is also an “A” button for suction and two vibration buttons that control each end, you also have to hold these down for 5 + seconds before anything happens.

Shots call it intuitive because the functions are controlled independently; in most cases, I would agree this is an amazing feature but on this product, I found it unnecessary and disappointing.

For a product that has so many functions at the very least, I would have expected a quick stop on/off button rather than the 5-second hold down.

Congratulations you have now wasted 15 seconds!!

But after that you can finally attempt to masturbate. I don’t think I’m anatomically correct for Hiky.  It just didn’t fit me well I didn’t appreciate how large the silicone mouth was and how I had to position my body to use it.

From using the Satisfyer Pro 2 and Penguin, I had a high standard set and hoped Hiky could become the new clit-overlord with its added intensity of vibes but alas I was wrong.

The vibes overpowered the suction sensation and confused my body.  Vibration does not provide any stimulation where I need or want it too, it just dances around the boy in the boat and angers him.

Suction end is now dubbed the doughnut of disappointment (DOD).

Their website suggests you use Hiky with lube (I went with my all time favourite water based lube Intimate Organics Defense).  For me it made zero difference. I think for those looking to build a better seal it would be a great idea to throw a drop of lube into the mix.  Tried without the vibration but the suction was too gentle as I couldn’t get it to fit.

To the Hikys credit the suction is quite powerful, I used it on my lip for a laugh. This toy would be perfect for those who are into nipple play.

I refuse to do a totally negative review

And I refused to let Hiky stand in my way of a good time.  I look for the best in people and vibrators.

Hiky had its faults but I discovered its secret talent – DUAL MOTORS!

I turned Hiky into a makeshift We-Vibe Wish by turning the DOD end to the fourth setting which provides a sort or wavy, pulsey and heartbeaty pattern. Then I turned the insertable end on the highest setting which nailed it.

I wouldn’t insert this if you paid me.  Clean-up of the four shitty buttons alone can go to hell and there’s barely any curve, I couldn’t disappoint any more erogenous zones for this review.

As you can tell I didn’t find Hiky an enjoyable experience

BUT it shouldn’t deter people from buying it.

As stated, I feel my body was ill-shaped and I don’t enjoy having my legs on either corner on the bed to fit a product.  But what Shots has tried to do here is respectable and commendable.  They have taken a product that is quickly saturating the sex-toy market.  And tried to give it a bit of extra oomph by making it a product that looks and feels high end with vibration.

Hiky has its place with other Satisfyer and Womaniser products. It just doesn’t have a place in my sex toy box. I will definitely keep an eye out for more sex toys that stimulate oral pleasure.

Review

First impression that I got from the Flowing Body Wand Massager was that it was big, and I mean really big.  It stands at a whopping 39cm.

Think about that.  It is a sex toy that is almost half a meter long.  On reading the product description it says that either end can be used and the handle end is insertable.  It may be insertable but not for me.

Perfect for any size queens out there but it is just a wee bit too large for my sex toy play.

Taking it out of the box

I could feel the smooth silicone that really feels so comfy against the skin. Inserted the USB cable into the toy into a socket that was almost half way along the shaft and waited for it to charge.  Whilst charging I picked up the toy. Handle is ergonomically designed to fit neatly into your hand which is good because there is a bit of weight to it coming in at just over half a kilo.

Head of the massager is easily movable that allows you to position it easily to any body part.

Finally it was charged

And I put it on the first vibrating setting by keeping depressed the first of three push button controls.  It is big, I think I said that, and was not the easiest sex toy to manoeuvre.  But in saying that, it was almost big enough to reach my toes without having to move myself.

Vibrator has three controls that are adjusted by pressing the buttons. I powered up the vibration levels and at 7 it was about the maximum that I could handle.

Anything more would be teeth rattling.  So if you are after a powerful body massager this will certainly do the job.  It was noisier than the average sex toy. Manufacturer says it works at 55 dB.  Not sure what that equates to.  But if you have guests sleeping in the adjoining room they will pretty much know what you are doing if you use it.

It also has twin motors

One on each end so that if you wish to use the insertable end there is plenty of pleasure choices available.  I then filled up my sink with water and placed the vibrating massager in it and left it for about five minutes.

When I came back it was still vibrating and there were no issues from the water so it is safe to say that it is completely waterproof.  Not sure to what depth.   But I would imagine that the deepest one would be in a bath or spa so there should be no issues there.

Being waterproof makes it easy to clean that is always a plus for before and after.  Please remember only to use a water-based lubricant on it.

Verdict

If you are after a powerful body wand style massager that is a BIG sex toy this is a great option.  It is waterproof and made with silicone which are two more pluses.

Not for me because of the size. But I cannot have that as a negative as there are many out there that would prefer a larger sized vibrator for women. The only negative is that it is noisy, which is ok if you live alone or just with your lover.

I give it a 6 out of 10!

Review

This is a body wand massager that will appeal to the masses.  It is a handy 29 cm long which is the perfect size for me and the ergonomic handle fits perfectly into my hand. There are vibrating motors on both ends just like the Mjuze Flowing. But for the more conservative this one seems an excellent sized option to use the insertable end.

There is not much more that can be added in the review as it is almost an exact replica of the Mjuze Flowing except in a smaller size and weight.  I liked it more than the Mjuze Flowing as it did not appear to be as noisy.  Reading the manufacturers description it supposedly gives off the same noise but it just did not sound like it to me.

Verdict

This is a perfect body wand massager and on every other front I love it.  It could easily make it into my favorite sex toy drawer (I’ll let you in on a secret – it already has). A sex toy with many benefits that I love.

I give it a 8 out of 10.

Review

I was quite excited to see this clit tickler.  It is quite different in shape and everyone loves something that is unique.  Again it is made with quality silicone that feels wonderful as soon as you remove it from the packet.  Touted as a clit tickler it has very wide ‘bunny ears’ and the base is curled resembling a circle. Fully rechargeable via USB cord which plugs into a waterproof socket that is mid-way along the outside side of the shaft.

It came charged so I  turned it on by keeping the top button pressed for about 3 seconds.  Bottom button allows you to scroll through the 10 vibration modes.

These modes are more than enough

Even for the most demanding of sex toy users.  Entire toy is totally flexible which allows you to ergonomically shape it to your body type. After I placed some water-based lubricant on the stimulation ears, I explored all the different erotic possibilities that this pleasure device offered.

One thing that should be noted that when making contact to the body the toy almost immediately came close to body temperature and even straight from the box was not cold and felt ‘right’.

As I always like to be prepared for any opportunity.  But was disappointed that a charging light did not display.  There is a charging light that goes on the toys I own that will either turn off, turn on or change color when it is fully charged.  This had one.

I note that the manufacturer said to fully charge the toy (from a depleted battery) will take 4 hours.  Have never used the entire battery capacity in a single session and I like to keep my toys fully charged and ready.  This is something I think should have been a standard option.  Bottom control lights up in sync with the vibration mode so I found it odd that a charging light was not there.

Reading through the manufacturer’s specification the sound level was supposed to be the same as the Wanderfall and Flowing Body Wands.  But it seemed a lot less to me.  Not sure why.

Verdict

There is no doubting that this is a great and unique clit tickler that most women are going to love.  It ticks all the boxes (the only negative was that there was no charging light).

I give it 7.5 out of 10!
