Unlike other rewards programs out there which only offer value after you have visited X amount of times they do things differently.  Once you have met the eligibility criteria you will receive the benefits and rewards straight up.

You don’t have to buy X amount of coffees from a sub-par café to be entitled to a free coffee.  Nor do you have to pay a recurring fee, or have a time limit applied to your VIP status

Purpose of a VIP program Is beneficial to both parties.

Store gains a repeating customer, and the customer then benefits from their loyalty. Which results in a win-win situation for all.

With a variety of Adult Stores out there all with competitive pricing, the introduction of a VIP program  ensures that there is an incentive for customers to remain loyal.

At ALC, they use a discount program and a free product program.

This program is beneficial both the store and its customers for several reasons.

What Being a VIP Member at ALC Means

Becoming a VIP at any of the ALC stored makes you eligible to receive a 15% discount off your entire purchase. Or to receive free promotional items that are exclusively for VIPs.

This is dependent on the promotion of the month, and subject to the selection by the ALC staff member who is serving the VIP.

VIPS’s in the past have received free additional products to their purchase. Which includes, a buy one get one free vibrator, quality lubrication and/or cleaner for their purchase. Or a free accessory which works in conjunction with their purchase.

Once you have become a VIP you will receive an identifier which can be used across all store locations.

How to Become a VIP

There are several easy ways to become a VIP at any of the ALC stores.

• Spend over $500 in a single transaction.

Any customer or couple that spend over $500 in a single transaction will automatically entitle them to become one of Adult Lifestyle Centre VIP’s. This does not apply to first time buyers as they already receive a first purchase discount.

• Introduce and refer friends to the store.

You can do this in several ways. Bring your friends to the store directly, or you can have your friend notify the sales consultant that they have been recommended by you.

Next time that you pop into the store, simply get the confirmation from the consultant. And if you have referred a few friends to the store then you will automatically be eligible in achieving your VIP status

• You can also become a VIP by leaving positive and truthful reviews on retail rating sites.

This includes Yelp, Trust Pilot, Google Reviews, Trulocal, etc. Simply screen shot your reviews, bring them into the store whereby you will be eligible to receive your VIP status.

• ALC also offers the chance to host in-store parties.

It must be noted that there is a specific selection criteria for in-store parties. You will need to consult with the store manager at your chosen store to determine eligibility. And to select a time and date. In store parties also offer their own incentives and these can be discussed with the store manager.

Limitations of VIP’s

There are some limitations of the offers provided to VIP’s.

• VIP discounts cannot be used with any other offer. A discount or promotional value of your product will be chosen based on whichever is higher. For example, if a product is offered at 50% off, you will receive your 50% discount. It will not be discounted further. Since you’re the 50% off is greater than the 15% off you would receive, you will get the greater value.
• Discount can only be applied to purchases made by and for the VIP.
• A discount or free product is subject to availability.
• Choice is made at the discretion of the Sales consultant
