Fetish Shocktherapy: A How To Guide

Before I go into what I found and think of this product in my sex toy review I am going to write the information and instructions that I found on the pack and the leaflet inside the Fetish ShockTherapy Fantasy Wand which is an erotic electrostimulation device.

On the back of the pack of the Shock Therapy Fantasy Wand it says,

“Give your sex life a charge with the shock therapy fantasy wand. Perfect for beginners and those new to e-stimulation, this electric wand sends pleasurable tingles to anything you touch. Each tip sends a jolt directly to your most pleasurable spots. Each attachment provides incredible, unique sensations that deliver amazing hands free climaxes for BDSM Play. Press the + button to power the unit on and use the + and – buttons to cycle through 9 levels of intensity, going from a sensuous tingle to a throbbing tap in seconds. To power the unit off, cycle back to 0 and it will power off in 3 seconds.”

Steps To Use Shock Therapy Fantasy Wand

  1. Unscrew the base of the wand to insert the required AA battery. The battery should be placed with the positive end inserted first.
  2. Press the + button to power the unit on and cycle through 9 levels of intensity.
  3. Then press the – button to decrease the intensity.
  4. Cycle back to 0 and the wand will power off itself in 3 seconds.

Features of the Fetish Shocktherapy Fantasy Wand

Base of Shock Therapy Fantasy Wand does not unscrew. To open the battery compartment you slide back the compartment opening that is located on the back side of the wand. It only slides about half of a cm.  Then you have to pull the overhanging part of the slider up in order to remove it, which I found to be quite difficult.

Secondly – It is physically impossible to place the positive end of the battery in first.  So place the negative end of the battery on the spring and push the battery into place. To replace the battery cover place the cover back into place leaving about half a cm gap.  Push down till it clicks into place, then slide the cover in the back up until it clicks into place again.

Turn the Shock Therapy Fantasy Wand unit on

  • Press the + button.
  • The indicator light will flash and a 0 will be in the LED display.
  • Press the + button to increase the intensity of the unit.

When I did this I started at number 1 and felt nothing.

I upped the intensity level and still felt nothing. As the indicator light was flashing I assumed it was the battery so I tried a new one only to feel the same as before.  I changed the battery type to a Duracell battery.  But still no zaps or tingles.

Next day I purchased some Lithium batteries thinking that normal  AA batteries were just not strong enough to fully power this unit.

So with the Lithium, I went through the same process and found that the power light still flashes.  Depending on where you place the tip of the wand would determine if you feel any tingles.

I originally placed the tip on my forearm and felt nothing and I assumed that a touch from any part of the tip would give the desired results.

But as they say, you should never assume anything.

With the normal AA batteries it didn’t matter where or how I placed the tip (keeping in mind that I was limited to the hands and arms ) I didn’t feel anything.

But with the Lithium I did feel a very slight tingle in the tips of my fingers but nothing anywhere else.  Other thing I noticed was when using the longish tip with the ball on the end and a small round hole in the ball, if you didn’t place the hole on the skin there was no shock delivered.

Using this tip I found that I had to put the intensity level up to 4 before feeling anything.

With the Egg Shaped Tip

I felt a small tingle in both my fingers and arm with the intensity level only on 1. Also with the egg tip, it didn’t matter what part of the egg shape touched my skin, I could feel the little tingles.

Using the square tip on the pointy side I had to turn the intensity up to 4 before I felt the tingles in both fingers and arms. But on the smooth side of the square tip, I found that the tingles were quite strong on level 1.  Overall I found the square tip on the smooth side delivered the strongest shocks followed by the egg shape than the longish tip with the ball end.

It could be Lots of Fun

I think under more favorable circumstances the Fetish Fantasy Shock Therapy Fantasy Wand could be lots of fun.

My only concern was the battery factor and needing to use the lithium batteries to actually feel anything.  But you can definitely have some fun with this erotic electrostimulation device.

Electric Sex Wand

Violet Neon Wand Will Give You Electro Sex!

Pipedream has attempted to get into erotic electrostimulation sex toys. The heavenly vessel of all electrosex items is, maybe, the neon wand, and Pipedream offers a great version.

Adultsmart sent me one and I couldn’t have been more energized in trying it out. There is one thing I’ve been needing to try for a considerable length of time, it’s a Electro Sex toy like the Neon Wand.

Pipedream truly will draw in kinksters with these great offerings in the Electro Shock Range.

Where Does Neon Get it’s Name?

The neon wand gets its name from the neon light you can see, particularly when the wand is being used in darker rooms.  In any case, let me guarantee you that the neon wand is energizing however delicate in its own specific manner.

It’s really simple to use and, truly, not scary at all.  Not like the kind of toys that connect to a power control pack, or transformer.  This plugs into a power unit that connects to your power point.  Cord is about 2 metres long so you may need to get an extension cord.

What Does it Look Like?

There are four glass connections and each is an empty glass tube with a metal ring toward the end.  You just push it into the wand’s end to join.  It straightforwardly pulls in and out, much like connections for the Eroscillator.

It’s anything but difficult to get a handle on in view of the smooth plastic. The connections are molded like a comb, a spoon, a satellite and a dainty bend with a globule toward the end. All of this comes in a very nice cardboard box with another travel/storage case inside.

Every piece sits inside of a foam which perfectly fits, keeping in mind it’s tight to get them back in, everything is secure.

What About Electrogel?

I haven’t had an opportunity to attempt the electro sex gel, however Pipedream offers some of that, and you can discover it from different brands as well. This may expand the Fetish’s impressions Fantasy Neon Wand. Pipedream also shows how the gel can dispense with “problem areas,” which I haven’t encountered with the neon wand.

In any case, in case you have another sex toy that has more reliable contact with your skin, the gel may be a smart thought to keep things predictable and agreeable.

A handle on the base turns it on and the neon wand instantly hums to life. You’ll see the purple glow and hear it humming. As you turn up the power on the neon electro sex wand the humming increases and the electro intensities.

How Does it Feel?

You need to realize that you would prefer not to touch the glass to your skin. You need to leave a tad of space so the power is not concentrated but spread over your skin.

Yes, this is scarier than it sounds. It feels much the same as a static shock yet in a more controlled way. Contingent on the connection you use, there will be more purposes of contact.

A comb offers the most with each of the “teeth” permitting a shock to hop from glass to skin. You will be lucky to get three or four of the combs teeth at any one point all touching your body so the anticipation of where it is going to his is quite exciting.

Then again use an alternate electrode to focus vitality on littler ranges, for example, your aureola or even on the clitoris.

Safety First

  •  Don’t insert it unless you are sure that you will like it.
  • Use one of the attachments to stimulate your groin area not insert it into it.
  • You can feel power sneaking through wand itself where the two sections join, just beneath the Shock Therapy logo.
  • Do not wear anything metal.  I have a couple piercings in my ears but keep them in as I don’t utilize the neon wand anyplace close there.

Where Do I Like to Use it?

My areolas appear to respond well, and I think I would by and by like the comb along my upper shoulders/back.  But it would be better with a partner. The neon wand truly does nothing for my clitoris.  I am aware of some women that love it there.

All in all it is a great entry level electro sex toy that will astound you and keep you on your toes. For more information, read my guide to erotic electro stimulation.
