Eva by Dame is a completely unique concept as it is worn between the labia and rests over the clitoris.
Packaging and Presentation
Dame Eva is packaged just how I like sex toys to be, completely discreetly. It’s in a black square box, like a jewelry box.
- Body safe, high quality, medical grade silicone that is phthalate free and feels lovely. The same as We Vibe really.
- It’s soft and smooth and silky with no drag and no slipperiness.
- Eva by Dame looks like some sort of delightful silicone beetle and comes in two pretty and popular colours: lavender and aqua green.
What Does Eva II By Dame Look Like?
It looks like a cute little bugbut with two arms which are designed to stimulate the labia. Your labia is a sensitive area which can be overlooked but plays an important part in arousal and is used to hold the massager in place.
Some women with labia that’s on the small side have reported it’s a bit harder to keep in place than it seems to be for ladies with bigger lips. So I would definitely recommend it especially for curvaceous vulvas.
How do I use it?
- When using Eva, the tips of the legs should be facing down towards your vaginal opening.
- It should be placed so that it rests on top of your clitoris.
- Next, tuck the legs under the labia majora, or minora, it all depends on your shape.
- Arms freaked me out a bit, when I turned it on and it slipped out of my hand by accident and went scuttling across the counter with its vibrations. Yikes!
- It’s very small and discreet, at just 3 inches long at its widest point, not very intimidating.
It’s a good clitoris toy for a new partner.
Having a vibrator you can use during sex is a great trick to have up your sleeve, especially one as small as this. Eva by Dame is easy to use that’s for sure.
- The on/off switch is nice and big and located at the top of the vibe which makes it easy to change speeds while you’re using it.
- There are only three speeds, no fancy patterns that will take you over.

I Really WANT to like this Sex Toy BUT…
- Probably would if my clitoris favoured really mild, surface, buzzy, constant, vibrations. Mild even when Eva is on high. But mine doesn’t.
- If I liked my toys to be noisy, I might love this too. This thing sounds like its an aeroplane about to take off when it’s on top setting! Which is definitely not what you want when it already looks like a bug.
- I am at a loss as to how there is not more power in it and I want to shake it. Perhaps power is sacrificed for the size and shape.
- You can only use this in the missionary position really or it wouldn’t stay in and you can only use it if it fits your anatomy.
- The same can be said of most toys I think. But this is particularly true of Eva.
- It probably needs a little practice to get it into position.
We’re all Different Though and it Could be Good for Some
Like for the person who can grip this successfully with her labia, it really is a great idea. In fact, I’m sure Eva by Dame could be a godsend for the right body.
In order to stay in place it would rely on friction so lube should be avoided. If you were going to use it handheld though, you could lube it up to the max.
The pros are that this is an extremely friendly looking sex toy—and super portable if it does fit you and you like weaker vibrations then fantastic!
If not then the We-Vibe is definitely worth a try. This is a luxury sex toy, retailing at around the $200 AUD mark and is rechargeable via a USB charger. It definitely feels high class.

Unboxing Dame by Eva, it was so damn cute. What you first see after removing the lid is Eva is placed in a velvet cutout with a cute ‘Plug me in to wake me up!’ sign. Eva comes factory locked and can only be unlocked once plugged in to charge.
To lock Eva, you simply hold down the button for 10 seconds. A light will begin to flash, indicating it’s locked. Again, to unlock you have to plug in to charge. This is so that there is no possible way that Dame by Eva can turn on whilst travelling etc.
SUPER SIMPLE (!!) to read, basic instructions
On how to operate, charge and wear. They are literally the best instructions I’ve ever seen, complete with diagrams and short, simple instructions. Also included in the box is a super cute, small sticker with #evaluation on it. Love a good pun! I think this is a nice touch…
I guess most people wouldn’t use it for anything but I sure think it would look amazing on my storage box.
During Use
Dame by Eva is designed so that the two (flexible) wings sit under the labia majora, keeping the vibrator directly over the clitoris. Its wings are SUPER flexible, allowing for pretty much any sized/shaped vagina.
One thing that I LOVE is that the wings carry SOO much vibration.
Stimulating the Clitoral Crura (alternatively known as the clitoral legs), which I mentioned in a previous review. In use, I expect that during ‘vanilla’ sex positions like missionary and cowgirl the Eva would stay completely in the spot without budging.
In more adventurous positions like doggy, for example, I suspect you would need to lightly hold the head of Eva down to achieve stronger vibrations because, you know, gravity.
There are three vibration strengths and no patterns.
The first one is a lite whir, going all the way up to damnnnn that is strong. Granted, it’s no Tango, but it is still way stronger than your average clitoral vibe. Back of Eva has a slight arch/point to provide more pinpointed stimulation.
Battery life
Dame by Eva takes an hour and a half to fully charge and can last up to 5 (!!) hours on the lowest speed, and 1 hour consistently on the high speed. It is charged by a USB charger, making for easy travels and easy charging.
Eva is only splash proof, and should not be completely submerged in water. As shown in the above image, Eva is actually really small. This surprised me… All the photos and gifs reaching up to its release date made Eva look massive!
I thought, sure you might not have to hold it but it it’s definitely going to get in the way during intercourse. It’s actually super small and measures only an inch in height.
Overall, I was super impressed with Dame by Eva.
Whilst this is marketed as a sex toy to be used during intercourse, there’s obviously no reason why folks can’t use this whilst masturbating or in a same sex scenario.
